How to make waffles easily


Waffles are made from a richer dough than pancakes, with eggs and oil add-on. How do we make waffle dough? The answer is very easy!  By mixing flour, butter, baking powder, eggs, sugar and vanilla together, we can have a homemade waffle dough recipe with delicious flavors from scratch in no time!  Just follow the recipe below to learn more!

What's the difference between waffles and Belgian waffles? The texture is lighter and more crispy. To make Belgian waffles, we need the iron waffle with a deeper pattern mold, a larger grid pattern. To get the crispy texture most Belgian waffle based waffles recipes are yeast. But we can also use waffle dough which uses beaten egg whites.

How do you make waffles with crunchy flavors?
Pour the dough into the heated waffle grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Check if the dough is to your liking, if not cook a little longer.  If the waffles are not crispy enough in the iron of your waffle, place on a shelf set on a baking sheet (or it can also rack in an oven, but previously in the clean First) and bake in a 250F oven for another 5-10 minutes, until crisp.

Ingredients
2 cups multipurpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 cups melted butter
1 tablespoon white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoons salt

Instructions
1. Heat the iron Molding tool of your waffle, grease with butter.
2. Whisk together dry-flour ingredients, sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. In another bowl, shake the egg with the mixer until smooth and the color turns pale
4. Add the vanilla into the egg mixture.
5. Mix the dried ingredients into the egg mixture bit by bit at a time.
6. Add the butter and milk into the mixture, mix until only smooth.
7. Allow the mixture for about 5 minutes before adding to the iron waffle.
8. Pour into the hot iron and cook until golden brown color.
9. Serve it topped with pure maple syrup, chocolate, butter or your favorite fruit.
